Penticton Boat Sharing Program

The new Penticton boat sharing program gives you endless time on the water without any of the hassle.

How Penticton Boat Club works

1
Choose a membership

Explore our membership options to find the right membership for you.  Choose from our full-season memberships to our pontoon or flex-pass options.

2
Book your boat

Book unlimited reservations through the Boat Cloud App. All boats will be clean, fueled, un-tarped and ready to go. Only additional cost is the fuel you use.

3
Bring it back

Once your day on the water has ended, bring back your boat for us to clean, fuel it and have it ready for the next member.

Note: All Penticton boat club drivers must be 25 years of age and must obtain a BC Boaters License (Pleasure Craft Operator’s Card). No experience needed, boat training provided.

FAQs

FAQs

How do I know boats will be available?

Our membership offerings, session times, and booking system work in conjunction with our low member-to-boat ratio to create a fair and open schedule. We want our boats to feel like your boats.

How much does a boat club membership cost?

The price to be a member of Penticton Boat Club is substantially less than the average annual cost of owning a boat. View our membership options here.

Do you have additional equipment available?

Yes! We offer unlimited use of coast guard rated life vests, surfboards, tubes, and various other water toys.

Is there a charge for canceling a reservation?

There is no charge for cancellation. The boats are here to be used at your convenience, though we ask you take into consideration the other members who would love to be out on the water.

Who cleans and maintains the boats?

Our staff clean, fuel, and inspect the boats. Wizard Lake Marine maintains the fleet.

Can I bring guests?

Yes! You can bring as many guests as the boat capacity allows.
